The lower level of the 1st house includes another cozy living room one with 2 sofas which can be used as single or double beds, 2 en-suite bedrooms which can be used for the staff, and 1 guest WC. The second house features 4 ensuite double bedrooms on the ground floor with private and independent entrances.

The outdoor area of the villa features a swimming pool with several sunbeds shaded by umbrellas, a gas BBQ and an external preparation area, an outdoor WC, and some dining and lounge areas.
